Delete your Brrro account.

Brrro is operated by Kamarrr Group Technology FZE LLC. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data in the app or start a verified deletion request here.

Delete your account in Brrro

    Open Brrro on your device.

    Open Settings and select Delete Account.

    Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

The in-app route verifies you through your signed-in session and starts deletion immediately. If you cannot access the app, use the form below.

After we verify ownership, we complete account-deletion requests within 30 days.

Request deletion without the app

Use the verified login method currently attached to the account. We will use it only to verify that the request is yours.

Submitting this form starts a request. It does not delete the account immediately.

What is deleted

Your account profile and login identifiers, devices and sessions, relationships, preferences, and server-side messages, posts, stories, media, and call records associated with the account are deleted from active Brrro systems.

What may remain

Routine server logs and protected database backups may remain for up to 30 days after account deletion.

We delete or anonymize deletion-request and verification records within 30 days after the request is closed.

We retain records longer only where required by law or for a specific ongoing fraud investigation, dispute, or legal hold, and only until that requirement or matter ends.

Content already delivered to another user or saved outside Brrro is not under Brrro's control.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Brrro account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the store where you purchased it.
