Brrro is designed with encryption-focused architecture. However:

2. Metadata processing is required for delivery and operation.
3. No digital system can guarantee absolute security in all conditions.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict, these Terms govern service use and the Privacy Policy governs data practices.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features require paid plans.

1. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date.
2. Billing and renewal are generally handled by the app marketplace or provider through which you purchased.
3. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store/provider policies unless mandatory law says otherwise.
4. We may change pricing prospectively with proper notice where required.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time, including beta or experimental features.

We may also impose limits for security, legal, abuse, or operational reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

Brrro may rely on third-party infrastructure and integrations, for example push platforms, maps, verification providers, and payment systems.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, branding, trademarks, software, and related materials are owned by Brrro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the Services.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, excluding conflict of law rules.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

If you want arbitration instead, replace this section with your arbitration clause.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
